Lamp and Watermelon [In Progress]
Thanks to Kate Hicks I started this with some reluctance but am really enjoying where it has gone so far. There is still work to be done. (This isn't the best picture of the painting - A lot of detail is lost.)

Teacup with Lightbulb
This painting was done very quickly and I left most of the surface unfinished. I thought that it really showed how objects emerge from absence to presence. The Pellegrino bottle is captured mid-birth while the teacup and lightbulb are pretty well realized.

Teacup Still Life

If one looks at my still lifes there are a lot of objects that I am always interesting in painting. Most of the work is very small. I think this one is 4.5x5.5 inches or so.
