Doing a copy makes you realize the precision that goes into a piece. Degas really was brillant and his sense of ease is impressive.

This is a study I did of Eduoard Vuillard's "Under the Lamp". I muted the bright yellow that he originally used. (I believe the wattage wasn't so strong back then.) He is definitely one of my favorite painters.
